Yoga 2011

Yoga is one of the simplest, organic activities we can do for our health and well-being. As natural as looking at a blue sky, smelling summer flowers or swimming in the sea. Come join in our classes, conducted in the beautiful, peaceful surroundings of Mitchells Island in The Yoga Shed.

♥   Mondays  – 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

♥   Wednesdays  – 10.00 am to 11:30 am

♥   Please pre-register as space is limited.

Classes are held at 2 Scotts Road, Mitchells Island.
