Eve will lead this Spring yoga retreat in the secluded valley of Falls Forest, on the mid-north coast of NSW. This protected rainforest sanctuary fulfils the vision of Dr. Mary E. White, author, lecturer, and palaeobotanist who has created a nature conservancy in this pristine location.

When: Arrive anytime after 3 pm Friday. The first yoga class is at 5:30 pm. Dinner at 7:30 pm. Departure is at 3 pm on Monday.

What to expect: Friday – a quiet arrival class; Saturday, Sunday and Monday – two yoga classes each day, plus early morning pranayama (breathing) sessions. There will be ample time for bushwalking, reading in the
library area, and just recharging one’s batteries.

Janeece Irving, a local chef for the last 20 years, will cater the retreat. Deliciously prepared meals will be organic, with a vegetarian option, sourced locally where possible, mostly low G.I., and catered for any food allergies.

What to bring: Toiletries, sunscreen, insect repellent, swimming costume, yoga mat.

The Divine Feminine

 Eve is part of the line-up of amazing and powerful women presenting their work at a conference called The Divine Feminine. It will be held Nov. 27-28, 2011 in Sydney.

The purpose of the conference is to celebrate the divine nature of women.

Participants will experience fundamental teachings on spirituality and sexuality across the great traditions of Tantra, Yoga, Ayurveda and meditation. There will be presenters in the areas of psychotherapy, change and transformation, as well as healers, authors and performers.
