Back Care Basics – 2nd Sequence

Over the next posts, these programs for back care are sequential. That is, you start with number one and do it until you feel ready to move on to two, and so on.

Adho Mukha Svanasana, 30-60 seconds, then repeat (can be done using ropes or strap for tractioning hips)

Gomukhasana in Cross-leg or Virasana, 30-60 seconds each side

Chair Twist, 30-60 seconds each side, then repeat

Marichyasana, @ wall, 1 minute each side

Bharadavajasana, 30-60 seconds each side, then repeat

Ardha Jatara Parvatanasana, 20 breaths each side, then repeat
