Today I had a request for sending along a yoga practice that might help with anxiety. So many of us suffer from fretful minds these days. It’s truly miraculous that the popularity of yoga has co-arisen with what seems like an increasingly complicated and stressful world. Even living in the country, as much as I adore it, is not without adjustments and concerns.
